Usage Instructions and Precautions
(I) Usage Method
According to the type of metal, the weight of the melt, and process requirements, add the refining flux evenly to the surface of the metal melt at a certain proportion. After addition, use appropriate stirring methods (such as mechanical stirring or gas stirring) to ensure that the refining flux fully contacts and reacts with the metal liquid. After the reaction is completed, let it stand for a period of time, and then remove the slag after the slag has floated to the surface.
(II) Precautions
Store in a dry and well-ventilated environment, avoiding moisture and rain to prevent a decline in the performance of the refining flux.
During use, operators should wear protective equipment (such as protective gloves, goggles, masks, etc.) to avoid direct contact with high-temperature metal liquids and gases generated by the reaction of the refining flux, ensuring personal safety.
Seal any unused refining flux in a timely manner to prevent it from losing its effectiveness due to prolonged exposure to air.
